About Me

Thanyou for taking the time to look at my website.

My name is Naomi Carlyle.  I am an OFSTED Registered Childminder who is fully insured through the Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years (PACEY).   I have had medical checks and the whole family has been cleared by the Criminal Records Bureau. 

I live in the Brinsley area of Nottinghamshire, close to a number of Primary and Secondary schools.

I became an OFSTED registered Childminder in September 2009, when our beautiful daughter Leila was born. Like many parents my maternity leave was coming to an end and I was due to return back to work. After looking at several childcare providers, I had not found a setting which was quite right for me. That is when Messy Monsters Childcare began. A Childcare setting which is founded on quality home based childcare. Ensuring each individuals childcare needs are met whilst having fun learning experiences to meet each childs interests and ability. I work in partnership with children's families, to ensure that the care your child receives is the best possible care, tailored to their needs, and to ensure continuity of care from your home to mine.

Before registering as a child-minder I worked with children within a primary school for over 4 years as a teaching assistant, supporting children within a group and on a one-one basis. I use lots of educational toys and games, which are fun so the children are learning without even realising it. We go on weekly outings to soft play areas, parks, playgroups e.t.c.

My aim is to provide a safe and caring environment where babies and young children will learn and grow. I recognise that each child is different, with his/her own interests, abilities and developing views of the world. I respect the many different forms of family life that children may experience as well as their social and cultural backgrounds.

I have been working as an OFSTED registered childminder since 2009, and have enjoyed every minute watching them grew and develop.
